If you choose a hypnotherapy programme, rather than psychotherapy or counselling, this usually occurs over 3 sessions, scripted to your individual needs. This helps you to break unhealthy habits and thought patterns, to bring about positive subconscious change through a process of deep relaxation, and through this whole process you always remain in control.
